The History and Basis for Sarah's Creek OA:
The original articles of incorporation list a now former Vice President of Milburn homes as one of the directors. The other 2 directors look to be also associated with the businesses with a vested interest in the initial development and sales of homes in Sarah’s Creek subdivision. As such the articles of incorporation and bylaws reflect the focus on real estate sales and protecting the interest of the developers. Case in point: there were originally 2 classes of members, one of which had 3 votes per lot in the subdivision. I will leave it to you to guess who got 3 votes for each lot that they still owned. Long after the original intent is irrelevant we are still suffering under the rules designed to protect a developer’s interest in this subdivision.
